Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of software and services provided by Pluginscape (“we”, “us”). By purchasing, downloading, or using our plugins, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our software.

1. About Pluginscape

Pluginscape is operated as a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) based in Austria. Full operator details are set out in our Impressum. We develop and license software plugins that sideload into the RuneLite client for Old School RuneScape.

2. No affiliation with third parties

Pluginscape is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Jagex Limited (developers of Old School RuneScape) or the RuneLite team. All trademarks mentioned on our site or in our products belong to their respective owners.

3. What you are purchasing

When you purchase a plugin, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin's compiled JAR file. You are not purchasing the source code, intellectual property, or any ownership interest in the software.

4. License terms

Your license permits you to:

• Install and run the plugin on up to 2 hardware devices identified by HWID
• Use the plugin on any number of game accounts you personally own or control
• Receive plugin updates for as long as your license is active

Your license does not permit you to:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the plugin or license key
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or deobfuscate the software, except where this right cannot be legally restricted
• Use the plugin to provide paid services to third parties
• Circumvent HWID limits or license enforcement

Violation of these terms may result in immediate license revocation without refund.

5. Payment and Merchant of Record

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record for our sales. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, tax calculation and remittance, and invoicing. Your payment contract for the transaction is with Lemon Squeezy. Your license contract for the software is with Pluginscape.

6. Refunds

Because our products are digital software delivered instantly, all sales are final once the plugin has been downloaded. By completing checkout you confirm that you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content under EU consumer law (§ 18 Abs. 1 Z 11 FAGG / Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m)).

If a plugin fails to function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue, contact us at support@pluginscape.com and we will evaluate refund requests case-by-case.

7. Updates and support

We aim to release compatibility updates within 24–48 hours of significant RuneLite or OSRS game updates, on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific response times or uninterrupted availability. Support is provided via email.

8. Responsible use and account safety

You are solely responsible for how you use our software. Automated play in Old School RuneScape may violate Jagex's Terms of Service and can result in account penalties including temporary or permanent bans. By purchasing and using our plugins you acknowledge:

• You use the software at your own risk
• We make no warranty that your game account will not be actioned by Jagex
• We are not responsible for any in-game losses, including lost items, lost progress, banned accounts, or forfeited membership
• You will not hold us liable for consequences arising from your use of the software within any third-party service

9. Warranty disclaimer

The software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software is error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our software is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you breach these Terms, including attempts to circumvent license enforcement, redistribute the software, or use it for fraudulent purposes. Upon termination you must stop using the software and delete all copies.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts of Austria have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law grants you the right to sue in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
